The formulation challenge

Heat accelerates the conversion of creatine into creatinine — its inactive waste product. Protein aggregates under high temperature, causing grittiness. Getting both to perform in hot and cold formats required careful ingredient grade selection, pH management, and consumption guidance — not just mixing and hoping.

Creatine — stable in dry powder; in hot solution, consume within 10–15 minutes to preserve the active form before creatinine conversion accelerates.
